Refund Policy
Digital products are delivered electronically, so refund eligibility depends on the product, delivery status and applicable law.

Because source code and downloadable digital files cannot normally be “returned” after access is delivered, completed purchases may be non-refundable except where required by law or where the specific product terms provide otherwise.
Eligible review situations
- Duplicate verified charge for the same order.
- A product cannot be delivered due to a confirmed marketplace-side technical failure and a reasonable resolution is not possible.
- A refund right applies under mandatory consumer law.
Abuse prevention
Refund requests may be refused where protected files were downloaded, license access was used, the buyer materially altered the product, or evidence indicates abuse, chargeback fraud or unauthorized redistribution, subject to applicable law.
